If you have ever traveled on Rt. 17 through upstate NY, you are well aware that it is the most barren, depressing road trip you can make. Until you hit the Roscoe Diner.
On a recent trip I got my usual Happy Waitress — grilled cheese with bacon and tomatoes. Duh. Diner classic.
This place is legendary and frequented by many upstate NY college goers, most of whom are represented by college banners all around the diner. Oh, and Scoop Jardine, who we caught a few tables behind us. #GoCuse!
