A-Tooch is a big fan of nachos (really, who isn’t?) but this food category can go in two very different directions.
Last night’s nachos were served up courtesy of Baja Fresh and, well, they were underwhelming. The ratio of cheese to other ingredients did not suffice and liquidy black bean juice made the chips soggy before they even made it to the dining room table.
Despite being an avid cheese connoisseur, I admittedly prefer the liquidy cheese on my nachos versus real, melted cheddar. Hey, processed foods are not a crime!
Sorry Baja, I’ll stick with Mo’s Caribbean at Yankee Stadium as my go-to nacho provider.
*In other news, I just discovered this restaurant is in my soon-to-be new neighborhood and I can’t wait to try it!
