Famous chef Wolfgang Puck has created an empire for himself, and we like it. After her second run in, at the Wolfgang Puck Express at the Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs casino this weekend, A-Tooch decided she had to pass on the good word about these places.
So the Wolfgang name used to be synonymous with pricey, gourmet food. Recently, though, a whole chain of Wolfgang Puck Express casual dining spots have opened in dining halls, airports and casinos around the U.S. The menu includes some of Wolfgang’s classic recipes (like the yummy Chinois Chicken Salad) as well as this mashed potato side dish I sampled this weekend:
A picture is worth a thousand words and yes, this is indeed a molten butter moat surrounding the mashed pots.
Other items on the menu include individual pizzas with unique ingredients, and a wide range of gourmet sandwiches, served with housemade Parmesan potato crisps. Behold, the Chicken Aioli sandwich (actual recipe on the Food Network website):
Search for any of the Wolfgang enterprises near you.

I don’t know about the potatoes, but they sure do look good, can’t be very healthy for you though.
