Since the beginning, our motto at TFAW has always been “If we don’t have something nice to blog, don’t blog it.” We’re no phonies, and share only our honest and candid feedback on products and restaurants we love. All positive energy (for the most part… unless you really irk us and we very seldom let that out… oops).
We love cheese so the odds were pretty good we would dig this Old Amsterdam gouda we received. Not as sharp and pungent as an aged gouda, Old Amsterdam has a great flavor, melts, slices and plays with others well. Look for it at one of our fav supermarkets across the U.S. – Trader Joe’s!
