A-Tooch can’t get enough gougères. Or this Alain Ducasse recipe.

Prepared first in 2010 and revisited a few weeks ago for Christmas brunch guests. Never gets old, folks. Oh, and it’s SO simple to whip up a batch on the spot or a day in advance.
